  • Registration fees do NOT include lodging. See lodging information below.

  • To register, please select your ticket option and provide names of all attendees. Names provided will be printed on attendees' name tags.

  • When choosing different registration options, please add attendees individually to your cart.

1. FULL REGISTRATION:  $125.00/per person, Saturday 8:30 AM - 10:00 PM

  • Concurrent Interactive Educational Sessions/Presentations

  • Poster Presentations and Social Hour with Cash Bar 
  • 35th Gala Dinner Program with Cash Bar featuring Keynote Speaker, Dr. Kier Klepzig, Joseph W. Jones Ecological Research Center

2. SATURDAY DAY PASS ONLY (Does not include Gala Dinner):  $75.00/per person, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

  • Full Day Program
  • Opening General Session - Guest Speakers, Presentations
  • Concurrent Interactive Educational Sessions/Presentations
  • Lunch/Snacks
  • Poster Presentations and Social Hour with Cash Bar 

3. STUDENT SATURDAY PASS (Does not include Gala Dinner):  $35.00/per person, 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM

  • Full Day Program
  • Opening General Session - Guest Speakers, Presentations
  • Concurrent Interactive Educational Sessions/Presentations
  • Lunch/Snacks

  • Must present Student ID at registration 

4. SATURDAY 35TH GALA DINNER ONLY:  $50.00/per person, 5:30 PM - 10:00 PM
